I was thinking, after watching back some of my game play i noticed that to escape land enemies i ran into the sea, and to escape sea enemies i would run onto land.. so this game has binary enemies, either in the sea or on the land. after being chased by one of th enow infamous "Landsharks" i realised that there is a place in this game for adversaries that are amphibious.. in a similar thematic to a crocodile, or a hippo, just to keep you on your toes so to speak
New style of enemy
Where's that meme that said ... "He's right you know".
There is effectively a way to get away from most PvE threats simply by navigating away from their desired field of combat.
Crocodiles, specifically, saltwater crocodiles, would be pretty cool. (We have a new cosmetic set based on crocodiles, so clearly they're 'out there' somewhere.) Perhaps they spawn similarly to sharks - high amounts of combat on land spawns them, or they'll spawn if you start running away from enemies too often.
Just spitballing, but I do like the idea of a similar endemic life threat like sharks, just a touch different.
i dont think anyone would enjoy having an inescapable pve annoyance. might be cool once or twice but then it would just be a loud sigh every time you saw one. also hippos and crocodiles are river, lake and swamp creatures and dont really fit in the ocean (and yes i know salt water crocodiles exist, but it just wouldnt work)
