Guns not shooting.

In the last few weeks, others and myself, have experienced an uptick in the amount of times our guns won't shoot. In the past it would happen once in a while but now it's been happening almost every other time. I've included a twitch clip from an instance the other night. Can we get an explanation for this please? Is it something I'm doing wrong?
