Reaper Forts on Safer Seas

Since you can't do anything associated with Athena or Reapers on Safer Seas, I'd imagine Reaper Forts would fall under that category and not be available. Also with 3 chests of fortune and a chance at a mega-stash, It's extremely unlikely the new fort would have anything to do with Safer Seas.

Nah they stated in Insiders it would be available on Safer Seas with nerfed loot. I assumed it would be diveable on Safer Seas but I guess not.

This event is too sweaty to bother to try and do solo on High Seas. Felt like the addition of the event to Safer Seas was an olive branch to at least get the time limited deeds done.
Subsequent addition of the MegaStash has increased sweat levels to 11.

3 chests of fortune isn’t worth the time. Idk why people fight over them.

There's no diving option. The only way it's waiting flr an emergent one. Luckily, they have the FoF Horn sound.

If your crew size is big enough to be competitive then it would be fun. Certainly no point fighting for them solo.

They seem to be regular on Safer Seas mercifully!

Putting the fort on Safer Seas is a big W from Rare imo. Avoids accusations of out of reach FOMO, allows ALL the community to enjoy regardless of crew size.

Nah. No CoF's, Reaper Chests, Reaper Loot.
There is desirable Hunters Call Loot - teeth and scales. Probably should have not included that and just given us the dross since no inherent risk.

Some may be happy to grind to 20 completions on Safer Seas, tedious though - I'm just gonna make a nuisance of myself on High Seas and see if I can tuck the rest.

I mean, they are very common on Safer Seas though? Since they replace the OG Forts & Safer Seas doesn't have FoF, they are the only Fort Event that will naturally spawn. Plus, Safer Seas doesn't have the Burning Blade so there is even a bigger chance of finding them than on High Seas.

They ARE very common on Safer Seas. You nearly always enter a new session with no world event in progress, and then (in my experience) the Flameheart fort spawns almost immediately. This happened to me yesterday six times in a row.

At least, that was MY experience.

@obscureberry192 Mate I sailed in safer seas for the 1st time and I never see the fort up

@burnbacon because the other option is 1 Athena…….

3 chest of fortunes, 3 ancient tribute, plenty of reapers loot, pristine teeth, about 30 doubloons and more.

What more would you prefer?

I have had 1 fort uncontested at 5am Australian servers, EVERY other one is a full server event. Usually about 3+ hours of fighting.
