Today I completed 2 Lost Shipment voyages for merchants. Found all the clues and the key to captains room, and after I unlocked it there was no chests in that room, both times. Before today there was 10+ chests in that room. Did they change something or is it a bug?

If the stuff was near a rock/decorations it might have glitched inside something. I've had that happen with clues and the key.
Usually the final ship doesn't spawn but the Manifest just floats. This is a new version of the glitch lol.
Yes it was on island near rock. Situation when there is only manifest happened to me a few times before that too, but from last server maintenance there were few voyages where ship didn't spawn at all or there was no loot in it.
Can confirm this happened to me 3 out of 4 times yesterday. I won't be doing these voyages again for now. Does anyone know if the other bugged voyage, the one where you follow that key shaped compass in the direction its pointing to the next clue, is that fixed yet? That was also bugged just last week before the hotfix, it would take yo to a rock in the ocean and you could not progress the voyage.

I'm a big merchant guy, but I don't even do them anymore...
The last one I did was with my wife and we literally couldn't find the ship, then the next time it was the key and before she even started it happened to me multiple times... Hopefully by season 15 they work on current problems that have been stinking around for a while.

I don't understand how this is not getting more attention, this is practically a game breaking bug and it seems it has been going on for a while, there is a report even back like a year ago. It would be nice if even a Rare employee noticed this and at least acknowledged that this is being looked at, for the time being i'm sure like many others i am avoiding these type of quests which is quite annoying as they are fun and i would say earn the most rep.
