Firstly, sorry if my English isn't that good, it's not my native language.
I'm having issues to connect to the game since the installation of a hardware firewall on my network.
I tried to set it as open as possible, but I'm still getting Granite or Obsidian beard when I try to join the game.
I can choose my ship and crew, but when I'm at loading screen, I get the error.
I contacted the support but no luck so far with them, so maybe one of you already had a similar issue and can help me ?
