bug mouse, i can't play

    I have a bug, I can’t play for several months and I have a friend who has had this bug for even longer.

    My cursor appears in games and shows windows bar at the bottom and top of my screen.
    I already contacted the support they gave me a solution that didn’t work, make a maj, plzzz

    So you are saying the window loses focus and you have a mouse cursor pop up and the keyboard/controller doesn't move you in game?

    Something on your machine is taking focus. Try gaming mode on windows?

    I have the same exact problem. Mouse pointer appears randomly then hud disappears and all movement / game interaction is disabled. Happening after last win update, becoming more and more frequent.
