As a long time SoT Insider, Founder, and Pioneer, I am excited for the changes that are coming to both the program and the game. However, after today's SoT:P update, which is now called SoT:I, I can no longer access it. I get an error message saying that my preorder was canceled and/or refunded. I looked it up in the store, and it's installed and ready to launch. I thought maybe I'd have to sign up using the XBL Insider app, like I did in the past, but it won't start up either, with an error message telling me it's not installed, but after checking my storage, it definitely is installed, so I'm not sure what's going on there. I then checked the Pioneer section of the forums and discovered an official post from 5 days ago that essentially said I had to re-sign up as an Insider, and it provided a link to do so. However, after clicking accept, it doesn't work, and I'm met with yet another error message that suggests that I raise a support ticket. However when I tried, all I get is the FAQ. I can see my past requests but see no way to raise a new ticket. Also, all 3 of my forum badges were still present as of this morning...
I'm frustrated, and would like some help. I've been very active and helpful in the past within the Pioneer program, and would like to continue that trend, but I'm starting to feel like I'm being punished for some unknown reason . Did I miss some super-secret deadline or something? Why do I even have to re-sign up to begin with? I really don't want to miss out on everything it has to offer. Please get your ducks in a row, Rare, because you're starting to turn me into an ugly duckling here...
