RARE blocks a support ticket !

  • I want to point out how rare she is behaving ! I have reported my support problem,my problem could not be fixed. So I have reported this problem again. again without success! then I was blocked by rare support !! this way the studio behaves to its pioneer rly ??? I want to say the mistake of the game now and I can not because I'm blocked. think about your approach!

  • @cyriljepan Sending in multiple reports for the same issue, especially after already getting a response, is spamming - an abuse of the system, and it's a drain on their resources and time. I'm sorry you didn't find a solution, but Rare never claimed to be a magic 8-ball with an answer for everything.

  • Unfortunately, besides submitting bug reports, I don’t think Rare support has ever once been able to help me.

    I really only use it as a complete and utter last resort and even then nothing has ever come from it, you just get copy and pasted replies and feel like they never even read your requests.

    Well that’s my personal experience anyway.

  • @galactic-geek ticket write error, I can not create a ticket at all ! I was blocked. RARE has the worst support I've seen ! as soon as there is a problem that they are unable to solve and you are still alerting them to block your controllers. it's already a month and my ticket is still writing a mistake

  • People working on support desks aren't mages, they can't magic your problem away. No-one is going to say you didn't or won't ever experience bugs but other than "We've registerd the problem and are working on it" or something in its ilk shouldn't be expected.

    Do you expect them to shut down services immediately and not restart the servers untill the problem you have is fixed? That's just not how it works! If I had to do this for my customers I'd get verry angry people calling to ask what happened and why I'd be so stupid to turn off a server just becausse a few users encountered a bug.

    Yes i have the same experience, yesterday i posted the same statement in another topic about toxic players.

    I think of all the tickets, i got 2 tickets with actual a reply that makes any sense..

    If they couldn't fix it, what good making more tickets on the same issue will do?

    What even is your issue? You mention "your mistake", are you saying on top of that, that your issue is a mistake of your own doing an you are railing on Rare for not fixing your mess?

    You were indeed banned from the Support Ticket system. You reported a bug with your appearance multiple times over several months to different support agents, wasted lots of developer and CS time trying to track it down, when in fact you just wanted to change your character look. Once we found out, you were sent a mail with the reasons and your support access closed.

    Hope that clarifies things for you.
