The biggest person currently streaming has a guy planted on another person's boat streaming so he can watch that stream to keep track of the boat.
Oh the irony.

A better question is why should we give a darn about twitch streamers?
They have only destroyed the video game industry, not improved it.
The only people who want that garbage are streamers and AAA game publishers who want the free advertising it provides them.
Already brought this point up in one of the previous threads where people were crying for "justice for the poor streamers"... not sure what you are on about, but I agree.

I was thinking more about why on earth do game developers even lend an ear to them when they're a capricious and game destroying group who encourage exploits to garner handouts from their viewers.
I'm not saying the majority of forum request for additional addition to games and the overwhelming request by the typical forum goer askng; ney, begging for game homogenization is worth listening to either, but streamers are shockingly worse.
