If I reset my computer to factory settings...?

    Will I still be able to redownload the game? I'm sure it's possible I just want to be sure before I bring my PC back from the dead

    @luxolites the game would be tied to the Gamertag/Microsoft account it was redeemed to.

    I have wiped my PC numerous times (I like a bit of spring cleaning) but it's not been a problem

    just sign into the Windows Store with the same Microsoft account and it should be in 'My Library'

    These days, barely any games actually save your progress to your hard drive. Do you use a service such as Steam, per chance?

    I just did this two days ago. I knew it wouldn’t be a problem. Your character is saved via server not locally. So reset to your hearts content.
