Adding random bullet spread to hip fire

  • People firing pistol and sniper out of the hip with a crosshair on their screen making the game totally unbalanced and ugly for others who don't like a crosshair ruining their game experience. My suggestions is to add a random bullet spread if you shoot out of the hip to make a crosshair useless. Shooting from hip should be for quick and close range damaging.

  • @baiimeister i'm also shooting without aiming most times, sometimes i hit, sometimes not...and with the blunderbuss it's very easy to do...
So why are u assuming that there are so many people doing this with a crosshair on their screen?

It is a very common thing. All you have to do is work out where the invisible crosshair is and people put something very small i.e a tiny piece of stick paper or Blu Tack on their monitor and boom! you have yourself a DIY crosshair.

I dont do this as I am too lazy haha. I do know plenty of people who do it though

  • Getting a shot from a pistol and immediately one from a sniper on spot over a mid range! Some gaming Screens have a build in option for a crosshair and there are lots of tools for PC.

  • @phillyreid talking about something obvious...

  • Yep, just encountered this the other night. Why do you think Rare used the crack lens for EOR? If Rare wanted you to have a crosshair they'd give you one. Circumventing that is cheating and I despise cheaters/hackers/exploiters! What was even worse is the guy was using a Macro where he pushed 1 button that would fire the sniper, switch to pistol and fire = instant death. It sounded like a mini-machine gun, not even enough time to eat a hotkeyed banana. No ADS used either (no glare from the sniper).

Shooting from the hip needs a serious nerf to accuracy by changing the bullet's trajectory. Bullet spread wouldn't work because the pistol and sniper only fire 1 bullet at a time. As it stands now EOR no-scope will hit the same spot every time, easily tested on rusted gold skellies. IDK about the pistol but I assume it's the same.
