I sunk a sloop the other day which was carrying a ton of loot. I found the player swimming down into the depths with his treasure. At first I thought he was trying to hide it from me, but after I killed him and picked up a few pieces from where he was stashing it, the rest of the treasure just vanished.
Is this a strategy people are coming up with? "If I can't have my loot, you can't either?"
