Opt out of crossplay

PC players more toxic? Is this a joke? How do you know they're PC players? Did you ask them? It's pretty obvious you're living in your console bubble and want to blame the other side because that's the easy thing to do.

I've noticed that console players make a lot of assumptions and just want to blame PC for a lot of their ignorance. I've yet to encounter a cheater in 60-80 hours of game time since launch. I've played on my console and on my PC, basically I've experienced the game from both sides. I have friends who strictly play on console and friends who strictly play on PC not one of them are toxic in game.

Over my years of gaming I've experienced more consistent toxicity while playing on consoles, but I would never be clueless enough to assume it's exclusive to console. Gaming online in general is going to be toxic because being anonymous empowers peoples darkside. A lot of parents are clueless how their children behave on the internet. They're doing a very poor job of educating them about how to treat others regardless if their is consequences or not.

more or less consoles xbox players have the exact same peripherals as pc yet there is an extreme toxicity and hate coming from all xbox players none stop in sea of thieves is it common for xbox players to all join cults or something? and organize these events of hate?

You do not get the point.

If I wanted KBM I'd buy a PC. I don't want KBM so I bought an X1X.

If X1X was naturally meant to be KBM why do I need an adaptor? Essentially you need to "hack" the CONSOLE interface to make it a PC interface.

I have a Thrustmaster TX, T3PA and TH8A but that doesn't make you drive faster.

It's also not a "hack" It's officially licenced and works seamlessly.

A wheel and pedals in a driving game does not make someone faster or turn quicker (KBM makes people turn quicker and aim easier in a FPS btw). Manual and Clutch on and assists off makes people faster plus skill. Giving someone the ability to aim quicker and easier in a FPS (crude categorising of SoT) is the same as making someone go faster in a driving game because they are wheel and pedals.

PC are used to hacks and workarounds as the "adaptors" are for console to use KBM.

Suppose the NTSC/PAL convertors back in the day were natural.

Na it was people wanting an advantage, a cheat, an easy way out. A way to get the upper hand to save money and get things quicker. This is the same as PC on SoT. Get the upper hand by any means necessary, cheese it, ruin it.

Community is dead in the water for this game.

It was always PC vs Xbox. Anyone who cannot admit KBM has an advantage is just simply wrong.

Just seems PC players are adverse to playing together. There is plenty of loot to go around.

Yeah it's a pirate game but is a video game too.

We were the sloop!! We were there first and worked tactically to get through waves.

We turned away from the goal to communicate to work together and got barrel bombed for it.

2 other galleon came in repeatedly to fight not us. Yeah we did come back, each time it was in game chat, flashing lanterns, not firing first. We tried to talk to a reply of barrel bombs and foul responses.

Yeah I can honestly admit you had the man and interface advantage but does that mean console Sloops should back down and let PC Galleons have everything?

It's nice to be nice. We tried.

Lesson learned for sure, team up, fire first, be aggressive and offensive it's what SoT seems to be about.

Yeah I want a challenge. That is what I play games for. That means away from KBM though. KBM vs controller is no contest at all. The sea is big enough for PC and Xbox.

Yes I'm a separatist to be away from the elitests.

Elites are the advantaged aka KBM (superior in xplay). This separates from console player's interface (inferior in xplay) therefore elitist = spearatist.

Controllers cannot compete with KBM. I do not feel entitled because of my peripheral of choice. I feel that KBM should be separate to controller. Where does the entitlement come in?
