Skull Fort / Stronghold Timer?

    Does anyone know if there is a timer on the skull forts? Like, is it 2 hours from one ending to another one opening?

    We never seem to stay on a single server long enough to figure it out (always backing out and in for people after getting booted and someone mm their way in)

    All I know is it took me about two hours to solo one from start to finish..... But I had wondered at one point if it was going to time out on me and thankfully it didn't. I didn't see another open up within the next hour and a half that I was on, but I could have been out of view of it as well?

    I've tried keeping track with the ingame clock after defeating a fort,and it seems to be around a week ingame time respawn time. Dont quote me on that tho.

    I have the same issue .
    I mean first two days I saw the skull cloud everytime I set sail but after that couldn't find even one. and it's still same should be a trick to find it or just travel on the sea's
