Didn't get my SWAG :( [For Devs to read]

I pre ordered the game on December 14th 2017 and microsoft said in the 10 days before release I would be charged.
The mail was in greek but here is a printscreen as a proof.

Some days before release my wallet was stolen and had to cancel my cards and get a new ID and new cards. This took long enough for microsoft to send me the following on Match 10th 2018:

Saying that there is a problem with my payment (obviously since my card wasn't ready yet).
Eventually my payment was cancelled on March 17th 2018 according to this mail:

On March 20th 2018 I got my card and managed to buy Sea of Thieves (for some reason now I notice that this mail is in english) I have the order number erased cause I dont know if I should show that...

And I understand why I lost the Black Dog preorder items but I want to believe that you will understand what unlucky event occurred and how lame it is for me to miss it and maybe be generous enough to give me that access.
