Pirate Name Didn't Change
@captainsalazar1 Is it perhaps because you created the pirate before changing your GT?
I'd have thought it would have updated with the change but maybe it's somehow hard-coded?
I'd raise a support ticket, they may be able to fix it or advise you?
@luciansanchez82 I created my pirate after I changed my gamer tag. My pirate's name still hasn't changed for me...
I even deleted my previous pirate and started again just in case. Still the name hasn't changed to the one I use for my gamer tag.
@CaptainSalazar1 Hey don't worry about it too much. I also changed my gamertag after the game had launched and had even deleted my pirate and remade a new one thinking it was glitched; but I gave it some time and it updated. Give it some time I'm certain it will update.
@captainsalazar1 I'm in a similar boat with the gamertag.. keep me posted if your name finally updates! GL!

I changed my GT a day after I had already started playing - On my next login, my pirate name matched my new GT.

How often can you change your tag anyway? This is really tempting me to change mine for the game.
Guess it's a shame you can't just have a character name in game.
