Didn´t get the preorder bonus

    Well i just joined the game and cant find the preorder outfit anywhere, is this a known issue or am i missing something?

    Multiple forums said that if you preordered after the end of January the preorder bonus will not be available u til tomorrow

    @realbadhor5e I preordered from GameStop and didn’t get a code from them either. Will I still get a code for the black dog outfit?

    @yuoyo It says in the email sent to the ones who pre-ordered that it may take up to a week for our gear to appear in our clothing chests and weapon chests. Just hang in there and enjoy the swashbuckling action.

    For those playing on PC, open your Xbox Game center and as mentioned above, check your chat.

    I got my code yesterday, noticed it in xbox game center by mistake. lol

    i was unable to turn the xbox live chat on, it is something at microsoft backend problem i think, gonna retry later. But with xbox chat messaging turned off can i somehow recieve my code?

    Thx for the hint guys. I havent looked in the Chat of the Xbox-App on my PC. But now i saw that the code is there

    @perfect-dark-51 if you pre-ordered directly from Microsoft then you will receive a message via Xbox Chat message at some point.

    If you pre-ordered from somewhere else, you would need to contact the retailer.

    (I ordered from Amazon and didn't receive a code so emailed them asking and they replied within minutes with an apology and code)

    I clicked on redeem code from the Xbox App Chat window and it said it was applied, happy sailing. I go into the game...still nothing at the clothing chest.

    I am on PC and received the code and confirmed it but I still have not received my preorder bonus. W*F.

    From what i've heard from tech support, the pack will arrive at the nearest game update, which should be really really soon
