Im living in west-europa, but in ms is release time march 20 00:00 is this march 20 or march 21. So i don't have to stand up early to play the game xD

Officially, they don't, regions get access to game based on midnight in their local time, which thanks to time zones, is different across the globe.
Some people have been changing the regions on their consoles to get early access--this is frowned upon as it stresses the server more than it should and I'm pretty sure it violates terms of service.People are doing it on PC too but I think console is easier.
People want to be the first to get to legend. It's a goal, it's a race. Time zones shouldn't be giving people head starts. It's not fair.
This time tomorrow every time zone will be playing. Doing this a day early can't be causing too many problems.
