When I launch the game and search for a crew they find some people and then load indefinitely is the server down?

While it isn't down there have been matchmaking issues reported. Keep trying and it should eventually let you crew up together.
You can keep an eye on the Status Page and Twitter for the most up to date information!
@breadbanana12 The issues are still on going matey... as long as the status page reports back errors they are still there. Keep trying the waters are still a bit choppy but I'm sure the services team are on it!
