Please add runes which you can apply to armour and weapons. Slightly like MCMMO factions. the runes have sucess rates and destroy rates which determine the rate of the rune applying to the armou/weapon or breaking it
This idea is not bad at all but rune can be purely skin like fire ice ligning or poison who give a glow to the applyed sword or gun !

While I think it is a cool suggestion, I don't think it's going to happen. Rare has been very vocal about their intention to keep every moment of the game a fair playing fiels for every player.
