  • @anjelics wonder if its related to installing on another driver other then C: as these file locations have been created as junctions.

  • @anjelics Ahoy there, I've come across the error where the game loads to splash screen and closes, the fix for me was to change my PC login to my Microsoft account rather than a local account.

You can do this by going to Search - Your info - sign in with Microsoft account, restart and it should work.

  • @katttruewalker all fixed, it was a permissions problem with the junction folders, i uninstalled the game and just let it install on my C: drive and loads fine now.

  • @anjelics Glad to hear it :)

  • I had the same problem.

You start the game, a grey background apears and a little picture with pirats is in the middle of the screen.

Then i crashs without any displayed error and your back on your desktop.
In the eventlog are only one failure (the same one Anjelics had).

I "solved" the problem with uninstalled the Xbox Insider Hub and installed it after this again ...

    Great Fix. Much Wow
