The mouse doesn't work

Hello, I returned to the game after a year. The only difference on my computer since then is a new video card and a new monitor. For some unknown reason, the mouse in the game isn't working properly. I'll describe it this way. The game simply doesn't detect smooth, light mouse movements. It only sees when I twitch the mouse, and then the character starts turning. I also noticed that movements only work up and down, left and right. Changing the sensitivity in the game, as well as changing the mouse DPI, doesn't help. I ask for your help, I want to keep playing.
