Instead of relying on third-party websites or constantly checking the pirate log to see how close you are for commendations, there should be an option to have commendations you are completing on the screen as you play.
Similar to achievement tracker, players have selected commendations displayed in the corner of their screen and see how close they are to a commendation and actively see it progressing.
