Sound Issue, or Long-standing Problem?

    When you play open galleon and you hear "flrp" or "flrtp" or "fltp" to signify people coming and going, why does it have to be so unclear? People join, squeak of door opening. Person leaves, slam of door. The page turning has driven me to madness because there's almost no way to tell what's happening. Plus, they hide the list, so you don't know who joined/quit. Rare told me what's on this Season 4 times already, why do I have to stare at it again while hearing "flrtp", "fltpt", "flrtpbt" in the background?

    Flrtpt, flrptp, flrtptrp,fltrrtpt,flprptpt, fprltlp, flrpprlt,...it's annoying, and tells you nothing.

    I dont see a problem here.
    The sound tells you someone left or joined and the popup tells you who and if they left or joined.
    Its just an indicator.

    You get a banner telling you if someone joins or leaves. If you want to see who's on your crew at a moment's notice, Escape- My Crew-- and their names are listed.

    You both got it wrong. I didn't say it was when you were in the game, it's when you first log in. This is before you even get to the table you wake up on.
    You get a banner when you're in-game, but not at the beginning. I'm talking about when you first log in. Also, I'm on console; I don't have an Esc key.
