    I have bought multiple items today in the different shops around the outposts, only for me to not get the item but still be charged.

    Are you seriously telling me your programmer's code isn't checking for the item to be in the players inventory BEFORE taking the gold?

    That is a complete ROOKIE scripting mistake and something that shouldn't ever be happening to a game/studio of this level.

    It happened MULTIPLE times today - different shops and different items - seemingly randomly even when purchases are spaced out.

    This has already cost me hundreds of thousands of gold and 1500 doubloons - hours of time wasted - why should anyone keep playing!?

    IT JUST SAYS "I HAD A PROBLEM FINDING THAT" BUT TAKES EVERYTHING!

    Write to support. Capsing here won't get yo items/coins back.

    Other than that, wait a bit. Sometimes, a simple relog (also try logging out of the account, and back in) fixes possible visual glitches. Sometimes, it takes a few hours for purchases to be reflected.

    Every game with in-game store has these problems, not just SoT.

    @marinemike Hey there. Sorry to see that you've run into this issue. Our team is aware that some players are running into issues with this, but it's best for these issues to be sent to the team via our Support site rather than in our Feedback and Suggestions section. As R3van said above, sometimes the items just need a bit of time or a relog to appear, but in the event that doesn't help, we'd encourage you to raise a support request to alert the team. This is so they can get a closer look into this and get a better idea of how many pirates are experiencing this.
