I've been dealing with the same issue for more than two years now, and I’ve never been able to fix it. Every time I try to access the Sea of Thieves website or the support portal, I only get the following screen:
"OH DEAR! The Sea of Thieves website has encountered an error! Rest assured our web team are shouting at it and prodding it with cutlasses..."
No matter what I do, the error always appears.
I’ve already tried everything:
Changing browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, etc.)
Clearing cache and cookies
Using incognito/private mode
Restarting router and PC
Changing IP address
Trying from different devices
Nothing works. The page never loads — just that “OH DEAR!” message.
This has been happening since around 2023 maybe, so it’s clearly not a temporary outage.
I suspect it might be a regional block (I’m in South America) or something related to my Microsoft/Xbox account authentication, but I can’t confirm.
I would really appreciate if someone from the team could check whether my IP range, region, or account might be blocked from accessing seaofthieves.com and support.seaofthieves.com.
