I can't see why not, many costumes have the fingers exposed, so, yeah, let us do it. That is all.
Also on skeleton curse. Some parts wouldn't be able to get rings and I accept that, in the same way that I accept that if I wear gloves or have a hook I don't get to use rings. Though fingerless gloves should allow rings.
