MAKE THE SEA DOGS TAVERN USEFUL AGAIN

they need to do something with this place, just weird having a huge building in the middle of the ocean that has just been sitting here, sure there's shipwrights and that but having just SOMETHING ANYTHING put there would be nice, not just an empty huge mansion WITH an interior and we can't even enter it.
