Random generator pirate's view

I think it would be better if the IPG was done away with. If we were presets and could change things like body shape/ type and have preset faces, eyes, muscles, etc it would be much better. If we had a system like elden ring's customisation; we'd have either very beautiful pirates or very ugly ones.

If we had presets, we could still have our own person touches but it would still have imperfections. If we could also see what our pirate is currently wearing on them, it would make a world of difference

I agree with you, the problem is that talking about editing your pirated game seems offensive to some players.

Someone didn't like the idea of editing IPG when I made a suggestion, but no amount of dislike can hide the fact that the system is stuffed full of flaws, at the very least we should be able to cycle the preset poses and zoom in?

Just changing poses would be more than enough imo. Some characters who looked pretty good, i avoided because the pose it gave them made it near impossible to see some features i was trying to go for.

+1 for a good idea. I've passed on Pirates due to the predetermined clothing items and was unsure if I wanted to permanently change my pirate without knowing what my new pirate would look like. Especially when it costs money to change your appearance and you are only allowed one character

@goldsmen If we could edit the poses and choose the lighting it would help a lot and we should have at least some options for the generator like whether the pirate will be fat, thin or strong etc.
