No safe fishing any more

    Ahoy,

    now after the update it is virtually impossible to do normal fishing while beeing on your boat ( like trying to catch fish or treacherous plunder ) using your fishing rod.
    If you look around too much or even randomly you get thrown into the water, most of the time even with fall damage 30-40%.

    Maybe we reached the point where the fishing rod needs to be completely removed from the game and fishing itself is banned.

    Im on my phone while typing this, standing ingame sailing my ship, at the front of my ship....Fishing.
    caught fish and all. What hard about this?

    Good for you that it does not happen to you, but it sound like you were trying to just catch any fish and thats not what the daily business of fishing is :-)

    Videos are in the ticket, it happens mainly after you cancel the cast line (because ah wrong fish type appeared ) and then look around ( as scanning the horizon for ships ).

    Do I understand this right...? You are falling from the ship while looking at the horizon for ships? Doesn't sound like it has something to do with fishing...
    Do you use a controller? Maybe stick-drift issue?

    Seems like fishing is possible again. Don't know if something got patched, or just reverted during the last maintenance today,
    but I guess this can be closed/locked now.
