rings for the skelly curse

@bubba-pegleg It shouldn't be too hard to do it with some, the Order of Souls and Reaper ones may be a little tricky cuz the geometry spreads across multiple phalanges.

Basically how most cosmetics work in the game is the item either replaces that section of the mesh, OR it is a cylinder that intersects the geometry. Rings do this, and technically could potentially work with most gloves in the game, but since some gloves have interesting accoutrement (plates, bones, spikes, etc) they would need to work on it quite a bit.

With the Skeleton Fingers, some of the rings could potentially work (Would need to be resized if the curse is active) but the Order of Souls one especially would need to have some work done on it since the middle ring extends down to the wrist on the highest tier one.
