To make a long story short, my bf on steam family shared his game to my steam because he wanted to introduce me to the game and have us play together. The game on pc kept crashing, showing an EAC error with game files. We tried to reinstall the game, verify files and all to fix it and now we both are somehow banned. Seriously? SOT claims I'm not banned, in which here I am making a post, but his account is completely permanently banned over something WE DIDNT KNOW ABOUT. This is absolutely ridiculous as to why they even added it to steam knowing people are allowed to share games, and without some kind of warning as to not being allowed to game share. It's absolute BS and he doesn't deserve this. He has been a long time loyal player and lover of this game. This either needs to be fixed and reverse his ban, or give him the money back for everything he put into it.
