When provided with the option to invite on both ship-launch and within My Crew, the only options displayed are to invite pre-existing PlayStation friends.
There appears to be no method to invite Xbox or PC players, while I can successfully receive invites from Xbox/PC who search for my Microsoft account, I cannot do the same.
