I can't choose a ship

When I try to start playing, I almost always run into a problem. The guild or the captain's ships (sometimes both) are loaded all the time. As a result, either the download is endless, or it gives an error!
It's very annoying because you can't choose a ship. You have to log back into the game or start the session and log out. It doesn't always work.
Dear developers, please fix this !!! It's very annoying.
