season coin shipment

Hey, I pre ordered the season coin as part of pirate perks and got the order confirmation email and everything, I can also see the order in my store profil, but I still havent heard anything about shipping or so. After the first email came nothing for 5 months, I have contacted the support on the store website two times now, but nothing there too. Im new here, but I have not idea, where to go else for information, because I havent found anyone else talking about this problem, exepte an old post here.
So if anyone has an idea please tell my.
