I have traveled far and wide seeking the ultimate solution to conflict. I need you all back online to engage in glorious battle with me! This post comes after a fortnight of battle, using every forum's suggestion to no avail, even tho they are great suggestions.
ALAS! I have the solution for you! Windows 10 (11 would need to be up to date as well) will need to be up to date in order to play SOT. Go to Start<Settings<System<About(left tab)<under Windows Specifications your version should read 22H2 and OS build should be 19045.4239. Windows may not update through Windows Update Settings (like mine didn't), you can manually update it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10. Once updated, you should be able to install (and update SoT) through Microsoft Store or through Xbox App.
I cannot wait to see you all again, when we meet, I shall send up an extra Kraken firework in honor of your return to battle with me.
