Checking Emissary Ledger today, the progression had reset as it should, but all the items where at the same point, should have advanced to next item.

Myself and friends have not received the Emissary rewards this month either. I know we're in the 72 hour window still but I don't recall it ever actually taking more than a few hours in the past. Maybe there's a lot going on with this last update since there has been a couple hot patches and some ongoing issues with Season 11 achievements it could all be backed up a bit. Hopefully soon.
You do not have a bug until 4th February 2024, cosmetics take up to 72 hours to appear in your cosmetic box. If you get to 4th February and they are still not there raise a ticket with support.
This is not something us forum users can help you with besides saying 'Have you waited 72hrs? is so raise a ticket with support.'

i have the same issue but my leaderboard on the site still shows last months rewards, is this also normal inthe 72 hours and can i start getting more points now or will that break it more?
It’s not normal, it never happened. This is bug because other times the cosmetics took a days to appear in the chest but the cosmetics on the leaderboard was the next not the same as what happens now.
Please Rare fix it!

@DMjoselito is wrong. Your Ledger gains reset on the first. For as long as there have been emissary rewards, the first few hours, sometimes days the ledgers look all kinda wonky. If you earned something you will get it within 72 hours. You are absolutely safe to continue grinding for the new month while it's being weird. It was not broken this month. It did take longer than average on this month, but you gotta remember, new season will bring a lot of people back. And with the level cap going up, more people will be running emissary.
I always suggest, try not to look at emissary ledgers at the beginning of the month.
