I would love to know why me, my friends, and many other players have lost the ability to use their cosmetics as they are no longer showing up in our cosmetics chests or why all our characters default back to their original forms without cosmetics and we have to re equip out cosmetics if they do happen to show up. Also some of us have noticed that our ancient coins have disappeared....we spend hard earned money on those and would love to know why they have disappeared!
