This would be a little more complex to pull off I’m sure but just an idea. If you kill a Skeleton Lord or pick up a type of skull, I think it’d be pretty cool to be able to take it to the Bonesmith rather than sell it and be able to purchase and wear the skull. That’s the whole point of the Bonesmith’s character and we have seen a skeleton put his head on other bodies (Pirates life) before so this would fit within the already established lore and allow players to wear the skulls of their favorite Skeleton Lord or even just be able to wear a ritual skull if that’s their favorite for example. I’d even be happy with earning the skulls through commendations if that’d allow for an easier process to reward the skulls rather than making a new feature.

@wetpeeny so u suggest this to be unlocked as a permanent cosmetic? For instance, I turn in a skeleton lord skull and be able to wear it as cosmetic? In that case I should be able to choose which skeleton lord's head I will be wearing. Cuz the default skull itself doesnt provide that much cosmetical value

@guyrza yes that’s what I’m saying. You bring the Bonesmith any skull including skeleton lords and you get the option to wear that skull permanently. It’d be a cool reward for completing Tall Tales or voyages as a skeleton and add a little more motive and excitement behind unlocking cosmetics for the skeleton.
