Blunderbuss knockback it's too much

While doing solo pvp, when I encounter blunderbuss users I often find, when I couldn't prevent the boarding, my opponent pointing his gun to me and knocking me off my ship, while he can oneshot kill me while I try to climb the ladders or sail away with it.
I don't complain about the oneshot kills and still I think it's ridiculous how, while charging a sword lounge takes time and the smallest damage can cancel that, blundebusses don't slowdown the user and make you fly like that, considering they are already powerfull weapons
