Fix black screen taking forever

It would be great to fix the Black Screen taking forever when we use the Mermaids/respawn from Ferry of the Damned.
You don't seem to feel how frustrating it is to lose a streak on the hourglass just because you took a mermaid after sinking opponent ship, and then for some reason, the black screen lasts for 30 seconds or more. Or just during a fight, when your crewmate took a mermaid, or died and tries to respawn from the Ferry of the Damned, but it results in you being alone against 2 players for way longer than expected because "hey, sorry, I'm stuck on a black screen". This is happening too often to be ignored, and it would be really appreciated to be fixed.
The thing is just fine, or maybe can be boring when you do regular stuff where you can take your time, but when it comes to PvP, it brings an awful frustration where you feel you lost your stuff unfairly.
