Can you play sot with only the CD?

    I was bought a friend of mine sot in a cd for console for his birthday, but I was wondering if you had to buy Live Gold to play with it.

    yeah live is required to play SoT as it's not free to play online and doesn't have a single player offline mode

    As Wolfmanbush said it does require Live Gold like other multiplayer online games on Xbox require.
