I got the Oreo promo and never received my content yet it show in my Xbox history and on my console. Same thing happened when I pre ordered the game and still have yet to recieve those items or even codes. All which appear in my game add on but never in their respective chest. I need help to correct this problem. What actions must I take to correct this?

Yeah it kind of sounds like the account you play on and the account you redeem on might be set to different emails.
Is the username here on the forum the username you play with in game? If it is try looking here and see if the items show in your inventory https://www.seaofthieves.com/profile/your-chest/Ship?filters[]=SailLivery
@abjectarity I think that is what's happening. The XBox profile for the account that started this thread is only showing Halo Infinite achievements in their feed and no Sea of Thieves ones.
