My captained ship name is not what I named it, how do I fix that in game (setting 'Hide ship names' is turned off')

Any help here, I have tried turning this setting off and on but it does not change anything. Crew sees the correct name, though?

From the patch notes

Disabling user-generated content from the Xbox settings should now replace other crews’ ship names.

@lem0n-curry I am on PC, but looked through all XBOX apps and cannot find an xbox settings - any ideas?

Alas, that setting you have turned off and the Xbox content thing is all I've got.

@lem0n-curry thank you so much for the two suggestions. I contacted support but was ignored both times...will try your suggestions again and reboot.
