I know that they are looking into the captaincy issue and maybe other issues as well. But I have tried multiple times to open a support ticket and just keep getting 504 Gateway Time-out. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have tried from both my computer and my mobile device, wifi and data. So I don't think it is on my side.

There are currently issues affecting several services, the website, forum and support site are included in that... I would try again later once the issues have been rectified.
