Expanding Trinkets

    We can now place trinkets in our cabins and other various places on our ships, and even in a specific place in each tavern.

    So, why is it that we can't we do more?

    I'd like you to share some ideas of where else you think we could customize the world using trinkets! Or what you might see in the world that you would like to also use as a trinket (screenshots encouraged)!

    For starters, why can't we place trinkets on the outside of our ships, or along the railings in various places? I would love to see additional barnacles on the hull, or an anchor along the side. Or perhaps even some laundry hanging out to dry. Maybe be able to place some of those crab traps I have seen in the world onboard.

    Thoughts?

    My xbox can barely handle all the extra trinkets on the ships so all I want is a way to disable them altogether or the option to remove the "replace trinket" pop-up without removing the entire HUD

    I agree, I was surprised when I didn’t see trinket place options for the railings.
    And I’d love to see more trinkets of every kind. Like u said even crab traps would be nice for those wanting to pursue the hunter look or even merchant. More options to express yourself and I know they already have that planned. I personally want to see flags for the companies that we can place on the walls, like gold hoarders flag, hunters call etc. and ofc I think they really should add the glitter beard portrait for those that completed it.

    Yes, we already have a Bullseye why not allow us to attach it outside the ship? xD

    One idea I had was to place trinkets into sitting positions on your ship. If a trinket was placed in a sitting position, then you wouldn't be able to sit there until the trinket was removed.

    I would happily swap all sitting spots for trinkets!

    What I find most weird (and most of you probably don’t even know about) is you can place Trinkets in the Outpost Taverns too, but not on the tables... only the bench by the door.

    There are quite a few ideas in this thread - of which 1 do you refer to? Trinkets as a whole? If so, I heartily disagree.

    id be so happy if i could place trinkets on the side of my ship or on some of the railings, i spend most of my time at the wheel and above deck so dont get alot of time to see my trinkets :(
