While sailing, I happened to sink due to a chest of rage. (I put water in the bottom of my captained ship, but it did anyway.) Luckily I had a rowboat, with which I could row to the nearest outpost, where I could sell all my loot. As it happened, I took my own logbook with it. While trying to hand it in at the sovereigns, they said "Accomplished Captain's Logbook can't be handed in here. Take it to an outpost". This surprised me, because as far as I knew, I was on an outpost (the one in the devil's roar) and you can't hand in logbooks on an outpost... I would like to suggest this dialogue be changed to accurately reflect where you can hand in the logbooks, as this dialogue is less than helpful, confusing and maybe even misleading.
The dialogue for handing in your own logbook at an outpost wrong

I've noticed that when I find them, they're either already the default skin, or after I pick them up they revert to the default.
Since it was theirs originally they can see the better version of it.
