It is a tragedy you removed it from the shop because a bunch of people (who probably aren't even asian) complained. The Eastern Winds Jade set was the first attempt of any Eastern fantasy cosmetic being put into this game, then you turn around and remove the beard because some people complain? Will you remove all beard customizations because I am offended the Western beard styles don't represent me?! I don't think so, right? Please put the beard back into the game or put more cosmetic into game that represent more than just Eurocentric fantasy pirate cosmetics. Don't let the small minority group of playerbase that is not even related to cosmetic have power to take away something others want that represent them! For a game company that pride itself on representation you need to do better job of EVERYONE feeling they have place. A game for everyone gives everyone something they like, instead of just listening to one part of the community and giving that group both what they like and removing things they don't like......Can't we just get one Eastern fantasy outfit? Please? It's bad enough we are not allowed edit our character features, but now we can't even use ethnic vanity option to represent us?

We took the decision to remove the beard based on feedback from a large part of our playerbase who it had upset. We have CMs all over the world who listen to feedback from channels that are outside of the ones you may usually see us on and some of these account for a large number of our players. The feedback from these channels was high enough in volume and sentiment that we took action to remove the beard
