I took part in the Summoning Ritual after hours of sailing last night with a 2 Galleon alliance, but did not get credit for it.
I figured maybe there was a delay, and decided to check back again today, but it's still not there!
As fun as it was, I am not looking forward to having to do this all over again by finding another 4+ pirates...
@galactic-geek we discovered it apparently only gives credit to 5? people and not everyone there. Its kind of a sad moment realizing everything else went flawlessly.

Seriously? We had 8 people doing the summoning Ritual. Our crew put 3 of the 4 effigy's on the table. I didn't get credit for it either. What a load of dohicky if Rare is going to make a crew find enough people to make "5" for the ritual, then pretty much say we are going to randomly screw over the extra people that showed up to help (and they get no credit). No wonder people are waiting hours for other crews to show up to the table. Fix this Rare!
@galactic-geek @mr-ugly-joe Were you two actually playing the song during the ritual? I've heard it only gives it to people that actually played the song, but I can't confirm.

I did play it, but may have stopped and played again mid-way through (not sure as my memory's a bit fuzzy) due to some confusion. I know this will mess up the Glitterbeard ritual, but don't know if that also applies here.

Yes, but when I 1st heard everyone play it, it didn't sound like Summon the Megalodon to me. It sounded different. Less upbeat... That's why it confused me.
