Skeleton Skin

I'm quite new and the other day I was playing with a random, and he had this black red glowing clothes with a skeleton skin and I really wanted to know what kind of skin it was. It looked really cool but I couldn't find it on my own. If anyone knows what skin or uniform or whatever it was, is. Please tell me what it is and how to find it. Thanks.
